Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join a well-established main-dealer franchise, based in Exeter. We are looking for candidates with proven motor trade Workshop Controller experience who can drive workshop efficiency, manage workflow, and deliver exceptional service standards. Responsibilities- Manage and allocate daily workshop jobs to technicians efficiently.
- Ensure smooth communication between Service, Parts, and Workshop teams.
- Monitor job progress, quality, and completion times.
- Maximise workshop efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Essential:
Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within the motor trade.
- £35,100 Basic Salary
- Up to £700 monthly bonus - OTE up to £43,500 (uncapped potential)
- Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week — No weekends
