A freelance Construction Manager is required for a 1m CAT B office fit out in Exeter , the project is working in an occupied office space.
The role is working for a London Based Contractor , my clients Contract manager will visit site once a week.
Construction Managers seeking to apply must have CAT B fit out exposure and be happy working on a stand alone basis.
CIS or Limited Company working.
Excellent rate on offer.
