Surveyor Exeter Temporary £45 - £50 Per Survey We are currently working on behalf of a client in Exeter, to recruit for a Surveyor on a temporary basis. Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:
Undertake detailed stock condition surveys on residential properties, assessing building fabric, components, and services. Carry out HHSRS inspections in line with current legislation and guidance, identifying hazards and risk ratings. Accurately record survey findings using Pocket Survey on handheld devices Produce clear, concise, and well-structured survey reports with photographic evidence where required. Identify defects, disrepair, and compliance issues, recommending appropriate remedial works.

Assess property condition data to support planned maintenance and investment programmes. Ensure surveys are completed in accordance with health & safety requirements and organisational procedures. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within asset and compliance databases. Support colleagues with technical advice related to building condition and housing standards. Requirements of the Surveyor:
