We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation and modification of industrial refrigeration systems for our client on their major customer sites. This position will suit a hands‑on engineer who has moved into site supervision or project delivery and enjoys leading works on site, coordinating contractors, and ensuring safe, compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities as Site Manager- Manage day-to-day site operations to maintain a safe, organised and professional working environment
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors and internal personnel carrying out mechanical and electrical installation works
- Ensure all site documentation is current and compliant, including RAMS, permits and Safe Systems of Work
- Distribute and verify engineering drawings, specifications and layouts, ensuring all work is carried out to latest revisions
- Liaise with main contractors and end users to plan works, monitor progress and maintain programme
- Support pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities of refrigeration, chiller and associated plant
