Maintenance Surveyor - Exeter, CLARION HOUSING GROUP LIMITED

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Exeter, Bristol and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager you will be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.

You will plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards.

You will undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks, carry out major void inspections, ensure that work is completed in line with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings.

• Pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
• Consult and engage with customers and leaseholders, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards.
• Conduct building and technical surveys to determine building condition, identify defects and associated risks.
• Carry out major void inspections and ensure work is completed in line with KPIs.
• Make recommendations based on survey findings.

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
• Member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.

• Competitive salary £33,592 - £46,189 per annum.
• Full-time permanent contract.
• 36 hours per week and flexible working options.
