Assistant Quantity Surveyor

This regionally focused, vibrant business with an excellent reputation are looking to expand their team!

Having a number of live sites across Devon, the company are actively looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to support Senior Surveyors whilst developing your own experience and career on an exciting new residential development in the area.

As the Assistant QS, you will be required to undertake or support on commercial duties for the scheme including procurement, measurements, agreeing payments, assisting with final accounts and reporting.

Applicants should possess:

Previous experience in a Trainee QS OR Assistant Quantity Surveying role
Construction related experience - ideally house building but not essential
Excellent communication and numeracy skills
A good understanding and general interest in construction
A min HNC level qualification in Construction or related subject
A desire to build on your experience and progress
Fully IT literate
All sites are within a commutable distance of Exeter.
