**** About our Team
** As part of our team, you will manage the operational process for your own portfolio of academic journals whilst collaborating with a large team of other Journal Managers. You will be a member of a collaborative and inclusive team that encourages autonomy and personal development, whilst working together to achieve our department objectives and key results.  You will contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practice.

* Use reporting to spot trends in data and drive process improvements for maximum speed and efficiency
** Requirements
* ** You have excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable you to build strong relationships with customers/stakeholders
* You can learn new systems and technical processes/workflows, and your communication skills allow you to articulate technical problems to a variety of stakeholders in an understandable way
* You thrive on autonomy, and you’re comfortable driving results and change through virtual relationships

With numerous wellbeing initiatives, family leave, and tuition reimbursement, we will help you meet both your immediate responsibilities and long-term goals.
