In this role, you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our members - offering excellent service and ensuring they have the resources, information, and support they need to make the most of their Thrive membership.

Your day-to-day will be varied - from responding to emails and phone enquiries, to processing certification and award applications, to updating membership information and resources within our CRM and Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Thrive members, Licensed Practitioners, Course Leaders, and Trainers.

  • Support members to maintain their licensed status and access CPD opportunities.
  • Process certification and award applications using our CRM and LMS systems.
  • Keep membership information and resources accurate and up to date.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service quality.

About You:

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re customer-focused, organised and efficient, a clear communicator, tech-savvy, collaborative, and empathetic and professional.

What we Offer:

  • 36 days annual leave (28 days + 8 bank holidays), plus one additional day per year of service (up to 5 extra days).
  • Hybrid working from our Exeter office.
  • Flexible benefits package, including healthcare and the option to buy extra annual leave.
