Member Services Customer Care Coordinator
We’re looking for a Member Services Customer Care Coordinator to join our passionate team, supporting the teachers and professionals who make Thrive such a success.
In this role, you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our members - offering excellent service and ensuring they have the resources, information, and support they need to make the most of their Thrive membership.
Your day-to-day will be varied - from responding to emails and phone enquiries, to processing certification and award applications, to updating membership information and resources within our CRM and Learning Management Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Thrive members, Licensed Practitioners, Course Leaders, and Trainers.
- Build strong, positive relationships with members through clear, engaging communication.
- Support members to maintain their licensed status and access CPD opportunities.
- Process certification and award applications using our CRM and LMS systems.
- Keep membership information and resources accurate and up to date.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service quality.
