LocationWellington, Somerset with agile working. Regular travel required, predominantly across Cornwall.
Working HoursCore hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, . Flexibility required for unsociable evening hours.

Purpose OfThe Role & How You Will Contribute
Working as part of the TB team, you’ll contribute to the NFU’s strategic aim of eradicating Bovine TB. You’ll provide specialist advice, knowledge and support to NFU colleagues and members on a variety of TB control measures, and help manage the effect on individual farm businesses. Your role will focus on coordinating the delivery of a large‑scale badger vaccination project in the Southwest, working closely with landowners, farmers and other stakeholders to plan, coordinate, deliver and report.
What You’ll Bring- A relevant degree and proven expertise in your specialist area.
- Preferably an agricultural background with experience working with farmers or food producers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Research, analysis and complex issue collating skills.
- Can‑do attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Inspirational and motivational leadership, problem solving and project team management.
