You’llworkcloselywithsoftwareengineers,system architects,andresearchpartnersoverseeingthefullprojectlifecyclefromplanningtodelivery.

• Leadcomplexsoftwareandsystemsprojectsfromconcepttodelivery
• Manageprojectscope,objectives,deliverables,andsuccesscriteriainlinewithstrategicgoals
• Developdetailedprojectplans,schedules,budgets,andresourceallocations
• Overseeprojectgovernance,includingprogressreviews,risk management,andchangecontrol
• Monitor budgets,forecasts,expenditures,andresourceusetoensureefficiency
• Identifyandmitigateprogrammeandtechnicalrisks,proactivelyresolvingissues
• Actasthemainpointofcontactforcustomers,partners,andfundingbodies(ESA,European Commission,etc.)
• Managesubcontractorsandsupplierstoensuretimelyandhigh-quality delivery
• Prepare documentation,reports,andpresentationsforinternalandexternalstakeholders
• Contributetobidandproposalwork,providingprojectmanagementinputfornewtenders
• Promotecontinuousimprovementbycapturinglessonslearnedandimplementingbestpractices

• 5+yearsofprovenexperienceleading technicalorsoftwareprojects (preferablyinspace,defence,ornetworkcommunications)
• PMP , PRINCE2 ,or IPMA certification
• Experienceusingprojectmanagementtools(e.g. MSProject ,Jira,orsimilar)
• Excellentcommunicationskillsandstakeholdermanagementability
• Comfortableworkinginadynamic,fast-changing environment
• Willingnesstotraveloccasionallyasrequired

• Bachelor’sdegreein Engineering , Computer Science , Telecommunications ,orrelatedfield
• Experience delivering ESA , Horizon Europe ,or defence-related projects
• Strongunderstandingof network orchestration , satellite communications ,or groundsystems
• Experience with Agile orhybridprojectmethodologies
