A growing manufacturer in Exeter is looking for a Head of Engineering and Development to lead their technical and design operations. This full-time role involves overseeing everything from concept to production while managing a skilled team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, preferably in composites or advanced materials, and knowledge of Design for Manufacture and CAD (Solid Works).
