Mechanical Engineer – Mott Mac Donald Bentley (MMB)

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join MMB’s South West Water framework. The role will involve design, construction and commissioning of water and wastewater infrastructure.

• Develop the mechanical design of water and wastewater infrastructure through detailed design, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Civil, Geotech and Process designers to ensure designs are on programme, within budget and to specification.
• Work closely with commercial, operational and construction teams to develop efficient, practical and safe solutions.
• Engage with the client, managing relationships and adopting a one‑team approach to support project goals.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Working towards IEng / CEng with a relevant Engineering Institution.
• Strong communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
• Methodical approach to problem solving.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites in the operational region.
