Start September 2026: one day per week at local college, achieve Level 3 Civil Engineering Technician Apprenticeship & Eng Tech equivalent (equivalent to 2 A Levels). Opportunity to register with a professional institution.

Blended learning: induction, training days, online content, on‑the‑job learning, on‑demand resources. 2‑3 years to complete, including End Point Assessment in England.

Early Careers team and buddy support development pathway.

Professional Growth Network (PGN) networking group for early career professionals.

• Achieved or predicted 5 GCSEs Grade C/Level 5 or above (incl. English, Maths, Science).

Online Skills Enablers Assessment from Artic Shores. Assessment valid 12 months.

Interview day after passing assessment (not all pass assessment proceed).
