Our client, a well-established and highly regarded town planning consultancy , is looking for a talented Senior Town Planner to join their busy Exeter office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a company with a stellar reputation in the planning sector , offering exposure to a wide variety of projects – from residential developments to large-scale commercial and mixed-use schemes.
Key Responsibilities :- Managing and delivering a portfolio of planning projects
- Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals
- Offering expert advice to clients and stakeholders
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- MRTPI status (or actively working towards chartership)
- Previous experience in town planning, ideally within a consultancy setting
- Up-to-date knowledge of the UK planning system
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and passion for planning
