SHIFT PATTERN
: 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts, including weekends and bank holidays), 42 hours per week

PAY RATE
: £12.60 per hour

An exciting and challenging opportunity to join our growing team at Guildhall Shopping Centre. We are a team of professional and helpful cleaners, passionate about delivering great customer service with a real can‑do attitude. Working in all areas of the housekeeping operation, you will bring an excellent standard of service and be willing to adapt to support the needs of the business.

• Carry out all cleaning duties as outlined in the site specification, providing a safe and clean environment for visitors
• Receive training in the safe use of all supporting machinery and equipment to meet the Centre's expectations and standards
• Maintain positive relations with retailers and support members of the public with any enquiries
• Support the client with any planned events or future activities

• Good communication skills and a willingness to deliver excellent customer service
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
• A highly motivated individual who can work both independently and within a team
• Previous cleaning experience in similar fields (preferred)
• Driving licence (preferred)
