Are you a driven finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a Part-Qualified/finalist Management Accountant to join a growing finance team and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and decision‑making support across the business.

As a PQ Management Accountant, you'll work closely with senior finance staff and departmental managers to help deliver robust financial planning and performance analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast‑paced, supportive environment with study support and upwards progression provided.

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Produce financial reports for internal stakeholders
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support year‑end audit preparation
• Identify process improvements and support implementation of new systems and controls
• Business partnering with non‑financial teams to explain financial data

• Part‑qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with at least 2‑3 years' relevant experience
• Strong Excel skills; experience with financial systems (Sage preferred)
• Commercially aware, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines
• A proactive and collaborative mindset
