- Assisting the Talent Acquisition Specialist in all stages of the hiring process - coordinating internal teams and requirements, to ensure the candidate is the correct fit for the business overall (including aligning to digi

- Conducting initial HR/screening interviews and maintaining detailed interview notes.
- Scheduling interviews and meetings across teams.
- Helping to create and post job adverts, updating existing listings and Linked In posts.
- Ensuring compliance with the recruitment process, including timely collection of interview notes and scoring from interviewers.
- Conducting direct searches for candidates via Linked In and other channels.
- Coordinating interview logistics and communications to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
