Real Estate Associate (Investment & Development) - Exeter A top-tier Real Estate team in the South West is on the lookout for a talented Associate to join their thriving Investment & Development practice. This is a standout opportunity to work on high-value commercial land deals across retail, industrial, telecoms, and office sectors. You can expect to advise a mix of public and private sector clients on everything from acquisitions and disposals to regeneration and joint venture projects.

You'll be part of a nationally recognised Real Estate group, working alongside experts on complex, multidisciplinary matters. Expect to get stuck into:

• Sales, acquisitions, and disposals of commercial property
• Title due diligence and site assembly for major regeneration schemes
• Affordable housing transactions for public sector and RP clients
• Structuring and delivering large-scale development and JV projects
• Collaborating with colleagues across Corporate, Banking, Construction, and Energy
• Managing your own caseload and contributing to business development

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Real Estate
• Strong technical skills and confidence running files independently
• Commercially savvy, client-focused, and solutions-driven
• A team player with energy, initiative, and a solid academic track record
