Your role will include a broad range of matters including individual acquisitions and sales, plot sales, shared ownership transactions, including staircasings, assignments and lease extensions, dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions and general property transactions. The opportunity is ideally being marketed to someone who may already have some legal experience within a property department, who has a continuing interest in property law.

Tasks include:
Supporting with lawyers with property matters
Assisting the team in delivering a professional and proactive service to clients
General other admin support
Skills and experience required:
We are ideally looking for someone with experience of sales, acquisitions, leases, and general property transactions
An interest in property, maybe including studies or qualifications to support this interest
A "can do" approach and a positive attitude
Confident and outgoing manner and strong communication skills
Hours and Benefits:
Monday to Friday = 08:45 - 17:00
