• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes including commercial contract disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, IP and IT‑related litigation, and restrictive covenant claims.
• Handle matters from pre‑action advice through to High Court/Court of Appeal proceedings.
• Collaborate with Partners on high‑value, business‑critical disputes.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Actively contribute to firm‑wide initiatives and a thriving team culture.

• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
• Substantial experience in commercial litigation with strong procedural and technical expertise.
