A leading accountancy practice based in Exeter requires a Personal Tax Senior Manager / Director to join their highly regarded team. The position arises from growth and future planning. You will manage clients, a wider team, and help grow and develop the firm's private client services offering, with a clear path to progress in your career.

A market‑leading firm of chartered accountants with an excellent reputation undergoing continued positive growth. It acts for a wide ranging client base, delivering compliance and advisory services across personal tax. Clients include directors of corporate clients, owner‑managed businesses, entrepreneurs, partnerships, high net worth individuals, non‑domiciled and non‑resident individuals, trusts and estates.

You will join the firm as a Personal Tax Senior Manager / Director, delivering personal tax and advisory services to a broad client base including directors of owner‑managed businesses, property clients, HNWI's, trusts and landed estates. You will oversee advisory services across personal tax issues (IHT, CGT, etc.), manage a wider team, and play a key role in developing and expanding the firm's personal tax service lines.

Ideal candidates are operating at least at Personal Tax Senior Manager level, seeking a step up, or already at salaried associate director/director level. Qualifications required include ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA or STEP in personal tax, compliance and advisory. Background may be from a top‑tier, mid‑tier/top‑50, large, medium or small independent firm. A clear route to progression is offered within a leading firm of accountants.
