Parts Supervisor

Parts Supervisor required for prestigious Automotive Brand, located in Exeter.

The salary on offer for this role is dependent on experience likely to have a starting salary of around £38,632.

The hours of work in this Parts Supervisor role are Monday to Friday, with 1-in-3 Saturday mornings on a rota.

Requirements:

A previous working experience as a Parts Supervisor / Senior Parts Advisor within a Main Dealer Parts environment.
Familiarity with Kerridge, or other dealership software.
Strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
Overseeing the effective Supervision of all Parts and consumable stocks
As a Parts Supervisor you will be working closely with the Parts Manager
Addressing and resolving customer complaints efficiently, when required.
Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
