On behalf of a leading UK contractor, RGB Recruitment are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a brand-new, one-of-a-kind project in Exeter. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile, multi-disciplinary project that will truly stand out on your CV.

The Role
You’ll be at the forefront of delivering a complex project, ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate pre-construction planning, manage finances, and maintain excellent client and supply chain relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving a strong safety culture from day one
Setting up project processes and site systems
Coordinating design and construction information efficiently
Monitoring progress and resolving issues proactively
Leading, supporting, and developing staff performance
Ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance
About You
We’re looking for an ambitious, confident Project Manager who thrives on taking ownership of complex projects. You may already be running schemes independently or be ready to step up into a more senior role. While construction qualifications and valid site cards are expected, your leadership, attitude, and ability to motivate teams are equally important. Relevant construction related qualification plus SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS.
