Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Contract Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Contract Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

The Contract Manager, will be responsible for:
* Lead the delivery of electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover.
* Manage project planning, resourcing, budgets, and timelines.
* Conduct site visits, surveys, client meetings, inspections, and handovers (travel and overnight stays may be required).
* Provide guidance, support, and leadership to project teams, monitoring performance and development.
* Oversee procurement of materials, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency.
* Manage the customer relationship, handling expectations and resolving disputes.
* Prepare and present Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) forecasts to management.
* Liaise with Design, Estimating, and Subcontract teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Drive performance improvements and promote continuous development within the operations team.
* Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety, statutory testing, and industry standards (IEE, NICEIC, JCT, NEC etc.).
* Maintain accurate project documentation, permits to work, and compliance registers.
* Identify and maximise opportunities for extra works and revenue growth.
To be successful for this Contract Manager role you must have:
* Core electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds).
* HNC / HND in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (Desirable).
* Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Project Manager.
* Strong background in Health & Safety management, including CDM Regulations.
* Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
