On behalf of a well‑respected main contractor, RGB Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager for a new and unique project in Exeter.

• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver the project safely, on programme, within budget and to expected quality standards.
• Drive a strong safety culture from the outset.
• Set up projects, processes and site systems.
• Coordinate pre‑construction planning and ensure design information arrives when needed.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
• Build positive relationships with clients, consultants, supply chain and internal teams.
• Manage finances, valuations and cash flow.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance.
• Support, develop and manage staff performance.

• Ambitious, confident in leading site teams, and comfortable taking ownership of large projects.
• Running schemes independently or a solid PM ready to step up.
• Construction qualification and valid site cards expected, but attitude, leadership and ability to motivate teams are just as important.
