Location: Exeter

Salary: Basic Salary 45000 Bonus Company Car

Role is full time and permanent - Monday to Friday - Every other Saturday morning

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer national average.
  • Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service.
  • Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
  • Ensure that the manufacturers standards are always adhered to.
  • Make sure there is a safe working environment which is maintained.
  • Monitor colleague performance.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a successful track record within a similar role.
  • Have previous experience within a similar role.
  • Show ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
  • Possess strong leadership and people management skills to lead the team to deliver business objectives.
  • Be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction while motivating and managing the whole team.
  • Share the client’s values and possess strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Hold a full and valid driving licence.
Experience
  • Service Manager: 2 years (required)
Licence / Certification
  • Driving Licence (required)

  • Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
  • Relevant manufacturer experience.
  • Smart appearance.
  • Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT.
  • Understanding of basic vehicle design function and location of parts.
  • Relevant product knowledge.
  • Supports others to continuously improve performance.
  • Seeks feedback on own performance and takes responsibility for own development.
  • Understands the drivers of business performance and uses them to optimise commercial opportunities.
  • Plans and manages processes, resources, and workflows efficiently.
  • Demonstrates openness to change and improvement.

  • Knowledgeable of brand alignment and serves as an ambassador, adhering to brand standards.
