Identified individuals with the necessary expertise and competencies to fill strategic jobs are subjected to a thorough screening and interview process with Officers ranging from Middle Management to Executive Management.

The Polaris Bank Graduate Trainee Program is intended to identify, develop, and construct a pipeline of Next Generation executives and bankers who will be taught to help the bank achieve its ambition of being Africa’s best bank.

To be eligible for Polaris Graduate Intensive Trainee Programme, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:

• Applicants must have Minimum of
  
  B.Sc (2nd Class) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
• Applicants must have completed NYSC and awarded a discharge certificate.
• Possess Five (5) ‘Level Credits that include English and Mathematics at not more than 1 sitting; WAEC or NECO Certificate is required.
• Age not more than 25 years old by December 31, 2023. (National Population Birth Certificate require Declaration of Age is not acceptable).
