Base pay rangeSalary: Grade 10 – Starts at £57,186 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £62,205 per annum. Salary is based on working 37 hours per week.

Devon & Cornwall Police is seeking to appoint a dynamic, motivated risk manager to further develop and professionalise the Force’s approach to risk. The successful candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of enterprise risk management, excellent organisational and communication skills, and be able to work with colleagues at all levels of the organisation, including members of the Force Executive, within the unique operating environment of modern policing.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement the Force’s risk appetite and undertake risk management system developments.
- Work with colleagues in Dorset Police through the Strategic Alliance to develop and implement the Force’s risk appetite and undertake risk management system developments.
- Collaborate with the Force Executive and all levels of the organisation on risk management matters.
- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise risk management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with colleagues at all levels, including members of the Force Executive.
