Lead, mentor, and support multi-disciplinary field teams and supervisors across maintenance, repairs, and planned works Ensure projects are delivered to time, budget and quality standards, meeting KPI and contractual obligations Drive high standards of safety, compliance and customer service across all works Monitor and manage budgets, stock, and resources to achieve value for money Conduct site visits, audits, toolbox talks, and inspections for quality and safety compliance Represent Liberty as a senior point of contact, ensuring seamless operational delivery Support the development and performance management of staff, with regular 1:1s and team briefings Work collaboratively with leadership teams on improvement projects and strategic objectives Deputise for senior leaders and take ownership of operational outcomes What We Need from You.

ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT Experience managing technical or multi-trade teams in a repairs/maintenance or social housing setting Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and commercial contract delivery Excellent leadership and people management skills Confident using IT systems such as QL, Open Contractor, DRS, Power BI or similar SMSTS or IOSH (desirable) Full UK driving license A proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach Why Liberty?
