NEOS Engineering is currently recruiting on behalf of a busy and dynamic plant maintenance company based around Exeter. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Heavy Plant Engineer to join their team.

As a Heavy Plant Engineer, you'll play a key role in inspecting, servicing, and repairing a wide range of plant machinery, ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards and ready to meet customer demands. This is a hands‑on role, working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

• Work safely and efficiently within the workshop and on customer sites.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain various plant machinery and equipment.
• Carry out servicing according to manufacturer schedules and company standards.
• Deliver high‑quality workmanship with attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate clearly with management.
• Support a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in plant maintenance and repair.
