As the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across both the restaurant and bar.

You will lead from the front, championing exceptional service standards, overseeing bar programme execution, and inspiring a motivated and high-performing team.

Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a premium guest experience, driving sales, and supporting the development of the venue's bar and dining culture.

• Support the GM in managing all aspects of restaurant and bar operations
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and bar team
• Uphold exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction across all areas
• Assist in curating and maintaining a premium beverage and cocktail offering
• Ensure bar compliance with licensing laws, stock management, and cellar control
• Drive revenue and profitability while effectively managing costs
• Maintain all health, safety, licensing, and food & beverage compliance standards
• Be an active, visible presence on the floor and behind the bar, setting a standard for service excellence

• Proven leadership experience within a busy restaurant or bar-focused hospitality environment
• Strong team leadership and training capability, inspiring excellence through example
• Knowledge of bar operations, product quality standards, and beverage trends
• Commercially astute with a strong focus on maximising sales and managing costs
• Guest-focused, passionate about delivering exceptional dining and bar experiences
