Vertu Volvo Exeter has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our fantastic team!

Salary: £27,500 basic plus company benefits

We pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding customer experience and professional service to our trade customers. As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting this by handling incoming trade enquiries and processing orders via telephone and online platforms.

• Accurately identify parts to meet customer requirements
• Use product promotions effectively to achieve sales targets
• Identify and maximise upsell opportunities to grow overall sales
• Keep your knowledge up to date on new or updated parts through training and bulletins
• Maintain awareness of special offers, recalls, and catalogue updates

• Previous experience in a similar Parts role within the motor industry
• Ambition and determination to seek out new sales opportunities
• Ability to exceed daily parts sales objectives
