Graduate Scheme - Business Development (Commercial)

Salary: £25k basic salary / with £40k OTE

• Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offerings to best educate prospective customers
• Proactively reach out to prospects over the phone, email and social channels to schedule meetings, webinars and demonstrations
• Develop relationships through research – identify key influencers within accounts and build rapport
• Support customer success to ensure clients are happy with the services secured
• Shadow senior members of the team to gain a 360 view of the process and prepare for progression within the business

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, able to work independently
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed
