This is your chance to own your patch across Exeter, build lasting client relationships, and become the go-to trusted advisor for local SMEs.

• Knocking on doors, talking to business owners, and uncovering what keeps them up at night
• Turning conversations into solutions that help them cut costs and grow revenue
• Managing a mix of warm appointments and self-sourced opportunities
• Running your diary your way, with full CRM and tech support behind you

• A confident field sales professional with at least 2 years  face-to-face B2B experience
• Natural people person - empathetic, relatable, commercially sharp
• Target-driven, but with the emotional intelligence to build long-term trust
• Based in Exeter or close by, with the drive to cover the territory daily

• £37K base + £5K car allowance
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE £55K-£60K in year one
