Business Development Executive

A proactive Business Development Executive is needed to join a fast-paced business in Exeter in a varied business development role. This is a new role for the business so you will be pivotal in shaping a team. Duties will include:

Business Development Executive –

THE ROLE:

* Seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through cold calls, follow up calls and emails.

* Qualifying leads and appointment making

* Presenting varying products and services to potential clients

* Identifying client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

* Building long-term trusting relationships with clients

Business Development Executive - THE PERSON:

* You will need to possess an excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with potential customers and experience which includes being persuasive, enthusiastic and persistent.

* Proven work experience in lead generation / telesales or Account Management within a B2C role or similar role

* Proven track record of achieving sales quotas

* IT Literate with experience of Outlook, Word and Excel
