Position: Warehouse Cleaner, Full Time

Summary

£13.20 per hour | Full Time | 14:00 - 22:30pm | 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) | Ongoing training | 10% in-store discount | Pension Scheme

You’ll report to the Warehouse Operations/Distribution & Recycling Department Shift Leader. With a motivated team, you’ll keep all areas of the warehouse clean and tidy - from the loading bays to the car parks.

What you’ll do
  • Cleaning all warehouse areas, including the floors, fixtures, fittings, and mopping up spillages
  • Removing and disposing waste packaging from the warehouse floor to minimise trip hazards
  • Ensuring 'clean as you go' stations are stocked e.g. tissue roll, hazard signs
  • Clearing all fire exits of blockages and litter
  • Emptying the recycling stations and moving them to the Recycling areas
  • Confidently operate cleaning machinery
  • Proactively make sure that hygiene and Health and Safety standards are met at all times
What you’ll need
  • Have a keen eye and attention to detail
  • Experience in cleaning or maintenance (beneficial but not essential)
  • Ensuring compliance with Corporate Code of Conduct and Principles
  • Follow internal guidelines and standards

    Be flexible in your work and open to executing individual tasks (excluding picking) if necessary
