BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR
£24,215 PER ANNUM PRO RATA
PART-TIME 18.25 HOURS PER WEEK
FIXED TERM UNTIL JUNE 2026
We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Advisor to support the growth of the University’s integrated Leadership Assessment Tool (iLAT). You’ll help promote, demonstrate, and sell access to the system to organisations across the education and healthcare sectors.
What You’ll Do- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Arrange and support demonstrations of the iLAT system.
- Assist with marketing events and materials (some evening/weekend work).
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a key point of contact.
- Maintain accurate records and support project team activities.
- A-level or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales and administrative processes.
- Strong ICT skills (MS Office, Teams, SharePoint).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to targets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding of GDPR and good data-handling practices.
You’ll be part of an innovative team scaling an exciting digital leadership tool, working collaboratively across the University and with external partners.
