You’ll be supporting women with personal care needs, helping them live independently, confidently, and joyfully. Your role will include the following.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with daily routines and personal care
- Supporting with household tasks and healthy living
- Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
- Taking service users into the community to enjoy activities such as shopping, cafés, beach visits, local events, or walks in the park
- Helping them build confidence and social connections through fun, meaningful outings
