MIG Welder

Hales Group currently seeking a MIG Welder to join their clients team. We're hiring talented individuals to work on a variety of metalwork assignments, producing high-quality results in a collaborative workshop environment. My client is offering stability and the chance to grow within a respected local company.
 
Salary - £17.00 Per hour, which could be negotiable for the right experience.
 
Hours - This is a full-time position Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Weld and fabricate metal structures to match specifications and tolerances.
Use technical drawings to check and confirm all parts prior to fabrication, reporting any differences or faults.
Work as part of a supportive team to assist with installations and on-site projects.
Be willing to work away from home occasionally.
Always represent the company in a professional and courteous manner on customer sites.
Maintain a high standard of health & safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the workshop.

What We Need From You:
 
MIG and/ or TIG experience.
Strong experience in fabrication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
