Salary: £14.87 - £16.04 per hour / £27,144.29 - £29,279.54 pro rata per annum.

• Lead the night support team and oversee the delivery of care throughout the shift.
• Ensure the safety and security of service users and staff within the facility.
• Support staff to provide a high standard of care and supervision.
• Act as the lead member of staff during critical unplanned events, initiating contact with Out of Hours Managers and, where necessary, emergency services.

• SVQ 3 or equivalent desirable, but not essential.
• All training will be provided by the employer.
• Must hold a PVG Adults clearance – we will arrange this for you.
• SSSC registered.
