FACETS is seeking a Hypothermia Program Facilitator to staff hypothermia venues in Fairfax and Falls Church, providing a safe environment and warm meals for unsheltered individuals. The role assists FACETS Case Managers with case management and life-skills groups, with shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM and 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM during the season.
Shifts include evenings, overnights, weekends, and on-call coverage.
