Shelter House in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Case Manager to provide trauma-informed services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or will manage 18–20 households, assess needs, and create individualized service plans to secure and sustain housing.
You will collaborate with community resources, advocate for clients, and coordinate with partners to improve housing stability, employment, and well-being, while upholding iC.A.R.E. values.
