The head of Orthodontics Aligner Solutions (OAS) sales management role exists to drive strategic growth, ensure consistent execution across workflows and foster collaboration within UK&I.
As part of the Global Business Unit (GBU) Orthodontics Aligner Solutions (OAS) stakeholder team, develop and Implement strategic commercial plans to increase Dentsply Sirona’s market share in the country and gain new customers. Deliver sales targets in the area of responsibility by successfully managing sales teams.
Provide and promote active collaboration through effective management across all sales teams in close partnership with the other Head of GBUs, leading to the development of long term sales growth and profitability. Establish a clear, concise, and targeted sales plan by liaising with marketing and educational teams to deliver sales objectives and KPIs.
Support the implementation of Dentsply Sirona Culture through its mission, vision, and core values. Coach and develop the team in their sales efforts and their career.
Responsibilities- Promote account management through effective Salesforce implementation and completion by managed team, focusing on the achievement of sales growth and profitability.
- Foster joint account planning across sales teams and drive regional sales collaboration for maximum sales results for Dentsply Sirona (DS) UK&I
- Monitor and manage monthly sales reporting
- Develop targeted promotional activities and implementation of counter measures
- Establish strong and professional key client relationships
- Implement suitable incentive scheme to maximise collaboration and increase DS market share
- Support forecast submission to Supply and Demand chain and assist in the preparation and meeting of sales budgets
- Oversee development plans for all members of the team (including training, career etc)
- Establish a culture of continuous performance improvement, ensuring teams are aware of and deliver consistently to agreed KPIs.
- Accountable for coaching, managing, and mentoring direct reports, setting direction and monitoring performance in line with the organization’s strategic priorities
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams on all elements of GBU strategic plans within the country
- Provide strategic market insight to the Stakeholder teams.
- To ensure effective account management (targeting, frequency, coverage, planning, recording and realignment).
- Continuous review of the organisation, ensuring it remains fit for purpose. Ensuring roles are correctly resourced and there is a clear strategy for identifying, developing, and managing key talent, with a clear succession planning program.
