Motor Parts Direct Limited is looking for a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at our Fakenham branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on the front counter, answering inbound calls and serving both the retail and trade.
• Building long‑term rapport with local customers.
• Actively promote offers & customer incentives.
• Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts, first time.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a parts advisor or other relevant experience within the motor trade.
• Good understanding of cars & ability to learn; we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Proactive; sales‑driven and able to maintain an outstanding level of service.
• Excellent communication & organisational skills; able to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Occasional assistance in the warehouse (picking or putting away products).
• Knowledge of the local area and customer base is a distinct advantage.
