14.15 per hour + holiday pay
Initial 8-week contract
A housing organisation is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to support their frontline Housing Management team on an initial 8-week assignment.
You'll act as a first point of contact for tenants and visitors, handling a range of enquiries including repairs, housing applications, rent payments and general advice, alongside providing reception, telephone and administrative support.
Key duties include:
- Managing face-to-face and telephone enquiries
- Logging and processing repairs and housing enquiries
- Taking rent payments and completing basic reconciliations
- General housing administration, data entry and reporting
- Reception and switchboard cover
About you:
- Strong customer service and admin skills
- Experience in housing or a similar public-facing environment preferred
- Confident, organised and customer-focused
