The Recruitment Consultants are responsible for a variety of duties within the business, being client and candidate facing allows you to build long-lasting relationships and understand the locum doctor sector. You will be working as part of an office team to provide the best candidates to our clients on a daily basis. NHS Experience is a huge bonus in this role!!
Responsibilities- Be client-facing and candidate-facing to build long-lasting relationships within the locum doctor sector.
- Develop an understanding of the locum doctor market and align candidate sourcing with client needs.
- Work as part of an office team to provide the best candidates to clients on a daily basis.
- Experience in the recruitment industry focusing on locum doctors (desired).
- NHS experience is a huge bonus.
- High energy and drive to achieve goals.
