We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading FM provider on a major static estate comprising multiple high-profile properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys leading a multi-skilled engineering team.

The Role

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations across a large, diverse estate, managing engineering teams covering electrical, mechanical, HVAC and fabric maintenance. You will ensure compliance, safety and high-quality service delivery across all buildings on site.

This position offers excellent work-life balance with Monday–Friday hours and no on-call requirement, along with career progression within a respected FM organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise a multi-skilled team of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and fabric engineers

* Oversee all electrical maintenance, testing and compliance across the estate

* Ensure safe systems of work, RAMS, permits and statutory responsibilities are followed

* Carry out and/or oversee testing & inspection and LV electrical work

* Support planning and delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance

* Monitor performance, allocate workloads and provide technical guidance

* Liaise with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure service excellence

* Lead on site audits, compliance checks and H&S procedures

* Assist with quotes, budget planning and improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience Required

* Recognised electrical qualifications (18th Edition as minimum)

* Testing & Inspectionor equivalent) – highly desirable

* Strong LV experience

* Previous supervisory experience within FM, building services or a similar environment

* Ability to lead, coach and motivate engineering teams

* Strong understanding of compliance, H&S and statutory requirements

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
