Immediate Hays are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Finance Assistant for a highly prestigious organisation based in Stockton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong finance administration skills who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support for the commercial and finance functions.

You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting reporting processes, and maintaining essential trackers and databases.

Key Responsibilities Process invoices accurately and upload into Sage 200. Identify and resolve 'missing' invoice Provide relevant data to support the Commercial Team Manage contract administration and database maintenance Authorise and check orders Support CRM management Work closely with the Treasury Officer (Credit Control) Our client is looking for someone who is:
