Fully Remote - Ideally based in Scotland.
We are working with a WOM brokerage based in Scotland who specialise in residential and commercial mortgages. They are a directly authorised firm looking for a mortgage & protection advisor to join their team. With this company there will be full admin support is provided!
Mortgage & Protection Advisor Responsibilities;- Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
- Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
- Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
- Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
- Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience, CeMAP and CAS required.
- Whole of market background is preferred, but you can come from a lender if you are qualified.
- Directly Authorised firm
- Admin support provided
- No weekend working
- 70k - 80k OTE
- 70/30 split on self-gen with admin support
- 50/50 split on leads provided
