The RoleThis is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Infrastructure Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join a Tier 2-ranked Projects team at one of Scotland's most respected legal names.

You’ll work on high‑value, complex and strategically important projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, energy, environmental services, and public infrastructure, playing a key role in advising public bodies, funders and private sector clients from project inception through to operation.
This team is known for developing Solicitors into trusted advisers who progress quickly, take on leadership responsibility early, and build a recognised name within the Scottish infrastructure market.
The Work- Advise on the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from origination to operation.
- Carry out due diligence on DBFM Agreements, Construction Contracts, FM Agreements, Collateral Warranties and Direct Agreements.
- Draft and negotiate operational variations and works‑related documentation.
- Provide advice on procurement and contract interpretation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver seamless project support.
- Support junior team members by offering guidance and contributing to team‑wide knowledge development.
- Work directly with public sector bodies, private sector developers, funders and stakeholders.
- 2‑4 years' PQE with experience in Projects and Infrastructure
- Strong drafting skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines
